I have learned a lot while taking this IT Support Professional training course. I thank Google and of course coursera for this program that has a chance for someone to learn a technology. I can say that, I have learned more compared to before I started this course. I will make sure to finish this course so that I can learn more.

Very good, you learn all the basics of how the computer works (CPU, RAM, processor...), the basics of the network. (web, WWW, URL, IP...) It's very well done for beginners in IT , the professors will explain everything plainly and with lots of examples. I recommend it for evryone who wants to learn the basics of all the computer

I recently became an IT Support Specialist in my School District, and the course really helped me to get the additional training I needed to feel more confident in my position. Great instructors! The content is easy to understand and follow, I love the videos, it makes it so much easier to learn than if I had to read all the material. And is just the perfect amount of information to learn each week, at least for somebody like me with a full time job, is not too much that I could not keep up. I love it!

I took certain courses in college explainig all of these concepts. This was thorough and a good overhead view which is enough to give someone a refresher or understand basic concepts of everything that is important within IT. With some more work afterwards, this can let someone break into IT Support and HelpDesk, and even more.

The instructors were amazing when speaking and making sure to talk in terms that us, who are new to IT, would understand. I am a very visual person but I also like to listen and read at the same time, so these courses really helped me learn more efficiently and get the most out of the intro to IT. I am so excited to learn more.

This course taught me a lot and put light on some various fields inn IT which was very intriguing and interesting. I thank all the instructors who were so cool and made every concept interesting. The segments where they shared their experience and story was super cool. Hoping to learn more from everyone here. Thank you, Google.

I have to admit that I am pleasantly surprised by the development of the course. The learning curve is considerably comfortable considering the amount of data you are actually learning. This course was awesome as an introduction into the world of an IT support professional. The modules were well presented and they had very useful advice for the students even beyond the technical details. This experience only leaves me hungrier for more and exploring a career in IT thanks to the talented team at Google. Wohoo!

This course is the one for everyone who is doubting their calling into The IT world. It will open your eyes to all the possibilities of IT. It's crafted with you at the heart of things. Each Module is beautiful and unique and there is absolutely nothing that wouldn't make you to fall in love with this great piece of Knowledge.

It was a good beginner course. I felt like I knew 70% of the course material, when going through it. It did provide some clarification and some cohesion to some of the different areas that I was not familiar with. I do like the short videos as well as the reoccurring quizzes.

I learned quite a bit, and definitely a good start.

This course has a smooth flow and materials are delivered in bite size. Easy to study and work thru the course at my own pace. For someone with nearly zero experience in tech support, I truly learnt a lot and gain new insights about the world of IT. I actually wished I took this up 3 years ago but well, better late than never.

I learned a lot in this course, especially in understanding the scientific basis of many things. Thank you Coursera for making this course available to me. Thank you Google for this great course. Very enjoyable and informative. I'm very grateful that Google is putting in such a huge effort to get people trained up in this field. It's evident that more IT specialists are needed around the world and it's fantastic that Google is answering that call by getting people trained up and breaking down barriers at the same time.

I am a mom but I also work everyday, is not easy for me to attend a person to person class, this course has help me with this but also is giving me so much knowledge in the IT support spectrum, I am glad I did it. I totally encourage any person to take it. It will help you to improve in your work or in everyday life routine..

Thankful to Google for creating such an innovative teaching course online. It benefits everyone especially during this pandemic period of time because many of us can get further study on the remote.

When I have started this course I was very excited and now happy to learn new things especially the practical labs which motivate me to do more, I have acquired different skills and now using that knowledge in my practical life to enhance it to the next level. good intro course to all things IT. went into areas like customer service and job searching too. As someone who works with sick and angry customers on a daily basis I forget sometimes that other people have not been in those same situations and can use a good primer on what to expect. thank you Google and keep up the good work

One of the best course for development your own skills. Every lesson you learn something new. The task more harder at one lesson to next. I hope the google corporation continue this education expiriment in future and give new opportunities for all people who addicted IT technology. :)

I am not tech savvy and after a week thought i should quit. But THANKS A BUNCH NPower Canada for the concerned staff, encouraging administration and the Perfectly designed study material, videos and resources. My spirit towards learning has got a new life. I would recommend individuals to dive into NPower for a SMART career !

Never had any IT background other than using a computer and phone. I never knew the deep down information that makes everything run. Never knew how easy it was to actually build your own computer as long as you have compatible items with one another. If i can take this course sucessfully i think a lot of other people can too.

This course served to renew my interest and excitement into the world of IT. Even though I work with computers, I have not built one for years. This course has piqued my interest and love of IT more than I thought. It has made me realise how much I love to learn and help solve issues relating to anything and everything IT.

I really enjoyed this course. For me, it was a review of things I already knew, but I also learned a few new things. I really appreciated the Troubleshooting and Customer Service modules. It was nice to see that the things I already do are the appropriate things to do when giving IT Support and interacting with end users.
